Eco Factor: Concept car powered by electric motors.
We’ve seen a few transforming car concepts in the past, but unlike those vehicles which only shift their shape in two ways – a bike and a car — here is the “TransforMiss” concept that can be ridden in three ways: a bike, car and trike. Designed by Thierry Dumaine, the TransforMiss concept is inspired by “a woman” who according to the designer is never the same.
The car seats two passengers and can be driven from either seat by simply changing the position of the steering wheel. The transforming car can be driven with two, three or four wheels, depending on the street traffic and user preference. Powered by an electric motor in each rim, the car does its bit for the environment as well.
The four-wheel mode of the car has been adapted for highways and has enhanced security, the three-wheel mode is just an option for drivers to get a different driving experience and the two-wheel mode is for clogged city lanes where driving a four-wheeler is nothing short of a nuisance. The interiors of the car have been made from recycled paperboard, which gives it a soft and a green appearance.
