With increasing number of aerial passengers due to globalization, airports have turned into a lifeline to the modern economies across the world that require an efficient vehicle for safe and brisk movement of the planes as well as passengers at the airports. Conceived by Italian designer Victor Uribe Chacon, the “Unimog 6EV” is a concept vehicle, which looks good in both form and functionality. Powered by six in-wheel motors, the 6EV provides enough power to tow airplanes at the airbase. Featuring the body inspired by lizards and the cockpit by jet fighters, the radical vehicle includes a carbon fiber trailer, attached at the back of the tractor, to make the job even easier while approaching an aircraft. Covering the cockpit with solar panels, the Unimog 6EV makes use of a HUD display that assists the driver in locating and dragging the airplane to its location.
